        <description>Investigating 9:15 AWST - We are investigating an issue effecting inbound calls, there is a large setup delay before the call connects.
Update 9:40 AWST - We are currently experiencing an issue affecting our services resulting in high latency within our API, which may result in some calling, SMS and web-based services to intermittently fail. We are working with Google Cloud engineers to resolve the problem. We will give you and update on this as soon as possible.</description>

One of our upstream carrier providers is currently experiencing a configuration issue resulting in this problem. We have notified them and are awaiting a resolution ETA.</description>

        <description>Update - 9/5/24 12:06PM AWST - Additional investigation shows that an outage at Googles Datacentre caused the disruptions to inbound services on our platform, Outage Notice, Google Cloud Service Health Alert.
We are still seeing congestion due to the outage and will be actively monitoring as google restores all services.
Update - 9/5/24 10:15AM AWST - The issue has been identified, and a fix has been applied. We are currently monitoring while a deeper investigation is conducted.</description>
